Wait. Don't press Reset. Reset can lose recent work.
3Not down, still stuck
Fully quit the app and open it again.
4Still stuck
Go to Settings, Computer, Update Bot's Computer. Official steps.
5Still stuck after that
Choose Recover computer. Official steps.
6Thinking of Reset?
Use it last. It removes apps you installed. Official steps.
7On home WiFi only?
Try your phone hotspot. Some routers can't find the bot's computer.
8Still broken
Contact support with the error and a screenshot.
