# Bot stuck? Fix it

Go top to bottom. Stop when it works.

1. Is Grok Bot down? Check status.cursor.com first.
2. It is down Wait. Don't press Reset. Reset can lose recent work.
3. Not down, still stuck Fully quit the app and open it again.
4. Still stuck Go to Settings, Computer, Update Bot's Computer.
5. Still stuck after that Choose Recover computer.
6. Thinking of Reset? Use it last. It removes apps you installed.
7. On home WiFi only? Try your phone hotspot. Some routers can't find the bot's computer.
8. Still broken Contact support with the error and a screenshot.
